1. Main downside is that if you are looking for the full Vegas experience, you are a little ways from Downtown and the Strip.

3. The only real downside to the hotel were the loud air conditioner, no view out the window - and I mean NO view, only a wall a few feet from the window and a closet 'alcove', which means just a rod with no door.
