1. The front staff was only luke warm and first room they gave us had view of dirty service roof, we asked to be moved which they did only to have the next room be stained, out dated, and the blanket on the bed had been ripped and hand repaired.

4. I could overlook the dirty room if the price had been rock-bottom cheap, and I could overlook the rip-off at the front desk if the room had truly been 3-star and luxurious.
