1. A call to the front desk at 4am slightly fixed the problem, but to avoid that from happening again, we asked to change rooms the next day and our wish was granted.

2. At the front desk, I was told by an agent that I had to call the main reservation line to arrange for my room to stay the same in back-to-back reservations to avoid having to move baggage and change rooms once my 94-year-old grandmother arrived for an extended stay.
