1. Plus, we were on the top level, so we didn't have any issues with noise.

9. The towel bar was loose in the bathroom, there were plumbing issues, the entire place including our guest room needed a good rug cleaning, the cafe set up for guests was much below the usual Doubletree standards I've experienced.
