3. Our big complaint is with the Concierge Desk who sold us 'TICKETS' for 2 shows (Chris Angel & Cirque do Soleil Elvis themed) that they charged us $71 per person and which we came to find out, first of all,when we arrived at both shows,, the box offices on location only charge $55 and secondly (and most importantly) that these so called TICKETS the hotel sold us were actualy only 'vouchers' that had to be traded in for actual tickets once you reached the show.

4. The only small complaint that I could offer, there are times at the front desk when there is quite a wait.

5. My only complaint was that there was no shuttle service to the main strip.

6. We had two complaints: first this place is about 4 miles south of the south end of the Strip so you need to Taxi everywhere and it is not easy to get a taxi (also you can only put 5 in a taxi so we always needed 2), and second was the number of kids.

7. Only slight complaint was the check-in; took a long time and the line moved ridiculously slowly.

8. Primary complaint is the niggling costs for everything: Wi-fi? Yes, but it's $29.

9. My main complaint is the 4 1/2 hours we had to spend with the sales staff (they say it's an easy 90 minutes.
