1. Wife complained that the one day the room service came (mid-week) they did not leave it in top shape and not all the towels were replaced, and my wife isn't picky.

2. There were quite a few young people in the building we were in and we had to complain two nights about noise when we were awakened and had to put up with a lot of noise early in the evening on Saturday night.

7. Only complain goes to Wi-Fi service, which didn't work (didn't care that much, after all it is better to swim in the pool than surf the Internet).
