1. I guess my biggest complaint is that the staff and hotel workers really act like they could care less whether you are a guest or not.

2. The only minor complaint we had was the huge fans out of the back of the hotel which were quite noisy, along with the trucks backing into the loading docks during the night which were also quite noisy.
