5. I am not one to 'look' for things to complain about, but I will say we were surprised in such an upscale property that the TV`s in the unit were absolutely awful - old fashioined, small TV`s with awful pictures.

10. I understand the misunderstandings happen, but the hotel clerk should have apologized (the manager did on the check out when I complained) and they should have never asked us to come to the desk with the confirmation receipt, and they should have came to the room.
