1. Basically, I did not have enough money in my account to pay for the room at that moment, so they authorized me for $300 and I would pay the rest later, which was nice, don't get me wrong.

3. Good people and all friendly enough - please don't get me wrong - I think everyone meant well enough but it just isn't an organization equipped for excellence or equipped to understand business travel.

9. Per diem for Military is $105 per night, ES charged me $103 plus tax because my Gov Travel Card had the wrong 6th digit, go figure.

10. All the staff was friendly, and at least attempted to be helpful (we asked for directions and we were sent completely in the wrong direction).
