1. Overall, very disappointed in this Embassy - I am a Diamond member who stays at E/S a lot, my advice to vacationers - and this is based on vacation stays in Embassies in Orlando (Disney World), Santa Ana (Disneyland), Puerto Rico, Williamsburg VA, and now Las Vegas - avoid these Embassy Suites in vacation hot spots because the hotels are used and abused and not well kept, unfortunately.

10. carpet was stained and dirty, the chair had a big hole in the upholstery, I have stayed in alot of Embassy Suites and this was the most disappointing.
