1. The only thing that could be improved is the loudness of the doors when they close - there isn't a way for them to close without a slamming noise, so when anyone comes/goes, it bangs for everyone to hear.

4. But the noise and smoke level are less than other places we visited, and while we didn't take advantage, they have a bowling alley, movie theatre and bingo on site, along with the spa, of course.

I had a conversation with Venessa/Manager??, and informed her of my frustration with the noise issue, she was clearly concerned about the event in a way like I was telling her not to have it here, but I wanted her to know that paying guest who are calling this their place of residence was extremely important as well.

6. I was in the elevator with some other guests on my way out on the morning after, who were clearly upset about the noise (and on a higher floor than I), and I told them to let the Management know of their frustration.

7. The Good: Nice spacious rooms, very clean, big comfy bed, good workspace in room, very little noise filters in the rooms.
