1. Has everything you need without all of the traffic, walking, and expense of the strip.

2. We were perpared for hotel not on strip and intended using shuttle bus to the strip --- the bus only runs once an hour and to 3 points on the strip --very restricting and expensive if you miss one .

6. Given the Hotels isolation it has a captive clientele, meaning that you will need to eat in the smoky restaurants or bars, have the eat in room service (adding to expense) or shuttle bus somewhere else.
