1. I told her I didn't ask for anything for free and it is not my issued if I have to leave the hotel and you don't know when I will be able to check in because you don't have clean linens.

4. The only issue I had were minor ones with housekeeping- for example, they kept forgetting to put a plastic trash can liner in the kitchen trash can.
