4. The staff told me it was because all the rooms were booked up, but the more obvious explanation was the groupon I used is only good for one-bedroom, and they were reluctant to let me stay in the two-bedroom suite, even though they had made my stay the worst ever experience I've ever had by giving me a broken-AC suite in the first place.
