6. The suites include a full kitchen and a separate bedroom, but the rooms are modestly furnished and the appliances, including the TV, are dated ( certianly not energy star certified).

9. The sofas, cabinets, bed and dressers were new, though the fridge, stove, dishwasher and bathroom fixtures are not -- but using things that seem dated is in some ways better than sending still-usable appliances to the landfill.
