1. Of note, (this has not been a problem for us) but the heater is in the floor (radiant heating system I think) and does take a little while to heat up.

7. There are two main negatives:1) The rooms are extremely noisy, which is especially a problem if you have one of the lower-level rooms (you can hear everything the person above you does).
