1. ) My only complaint was that there was a college group who rented rooms over Spring Break and they were incredibly noisy; however the hotel management did a fantastic job of keeping them under control for the rest of their stay - so those of us old folks could get some rest.

2. There are two main negatives:1) The rooms are extremely noisy, which is especially a problem if you have one of the lower-level rooms (you can hear everything the person above you does).
