1. I must say I was getting hesitant about staying here given some of the reviews about people being given wrong rooms and rugby week and such but when this hotel gets it right; it is a wonderful place to stay.

3. Most guests were considerate and cleaned up after themselves but others did not (what is wrong with these people?) I did wish the staff was more diligent about cleaning up the eating area.
