1. Our very pleasant room overlooked the pool/hot tub area which got a bit noisy in the late afternoon/early evening, but this was not a problem any other time.

3. Because the hotel is so close to town and therefore close to the bars, it was very noisy on Saturday night and didn`t quiet down until the early morning hours as people stumbled home through the park.
