4. At checkout, when I complained of my experience, and the fact I`d had to go to Starbucks and pay for wi-fi access both days of my stay, my complaint was met with complete indifference without a single question asked.

6. My only complaint was that it was very crowded, I think the Hotel was sold out, and we had to wait in line to check in and check out and eat breakfast (30 min wait).

7. Needless to say, we shall never ever stay at the BW Stardust again due to its lack of near-by restaurants, the proximity to the many roads that were close, and the disgusting rooms, and the lack of concern to rectify customer complaints.
