3. The bad: very outdated rooms in,need of a paint job, musty smell, very old building, the blacklights in the room threw me off at first but we realized it was for viewing stars on the ceiling.

6. The bad: Seems like 20+ year old rooms with worn and soiled carpets, bath fixtures losing finish due to repeated use/cleaning, a bath/shower that would not shut off, no hot water for a shower after 7am.
