4. The only issue that I had was with the radiator/pipes banging during the night-our last one.

5. The only real issue I had was with the radiator in my room being too hot, but after asking the staff they got it sorted within 20minutes and for the rest of my stay I enjoyed a perfect sleep, no noise, no traffic, just peace.

8. I was not given a room with a view of the park as I requested upon booking, but I did not make an issue of it because I did not intend to spend much time in the room (other than for sleeping).

9. I hope this helps, it is a good clean hotel, we did not have one problem and any issues with the heating are fixed especially in room 712.
