1. I work in the hotel industry and understand that these things happen but I was treated very poorly when trying to explain the situation and the morning front desk staff did not even investigate to see if I had been presenting the facts correctly to them.

3. Wireless internent sucks, so poorly installed and run that is almost imposible to use( I was able to get a desent signal strength only from the parking lot) Their technical suport even mentioned that they don't support ITouch/IPhone.

4. Supposedly breakfast goes until 9:30 but two mornings I arrived at 9:00 and 9:15 to find it very poorly stocked as if they don't care to tend it after a certain point.
