1. We did have a communication issue with the front desk, which is the only reason I'm not giving my stay a 5 star rating.

2. We called ahead to make sure they had high speed internet and that we could be guaranteed a downstairs room due to health issues.

3. Parking was an issue, they charge an extra $8 a day, but if you go to Disneyland and return after 3pm on the day of checkout, be prepared to pay an extra $24 on a credit card as you leave.
