1. The breakfast was as expected, but the overpriced food we ordered from room service was terrible (I would've thought liquid nacho cheese, for $11 nachos, was only still used at baseball stadiums).

3. Not only will I never stay at this Embassy Suites I will never stay at another Embassy Suites and I have spread the word via e-mails and Facebook about how terrible this place is.

6. The only reason I'm not scoring this hotel as terrible, is the hotel itself is what you'd expect from a Embassy Suites, although our room could have used new furniture.
