2. We only had a minor problem with some sort of maintenance repair noise coming from the room above us, but after a call to the front desk, the manager did the best she could to correct the situation and even send us a gift bag of goodies with their apologies for any inconvenience.

3. Bathroom is accessible through bedroom side, which is a little inconvenient cuz the sleepers are in there, but it worked out fine.

4. I don't know why the error occurred with Embassy Suites but it caused us unnecessary aggravation and inconvenience.
