4. Nearby restaurants within walking distance are Ihop (expensive and not very good) Millie's (our personal favorite for breakfast and cheaper than Ihop) Mimi Cafe, McDonald's,Subway.

7. Upon arriving I stopped at a couple hotels and all were pretty expensive considering I didn't get there till midnight and it was a Friday night.

8. It sounds strange, but most of the other more expensive hotels we stayed at had very strong musty smells, so I had to wash all of our clothing when we returned home, even the items we hadn`t worn.

9. We had experimented and stayed at many hotels for our visits to the Resort area, and the Alpine has been far less expensive and far more impressive than any others we stayed at.
