1. always insist on a room on the first floorto be improved- would be extremely nice if the tv sets could be upgraded to flatscreen or something, CRT TVs are pretty dated and blur by today's standard.

2. Yes, the exterior decor is kitschy and dated, but the hotel itself, the staff, and the incredible price are well worth any small drawbacks.

5. The rooms are a bit out-dated, but its cute and comfy, and for about $60/nt off season, you get an incredible deal, especially when you think about how much it costs for parking and food near Disney.
