1. The only negative (small one) is the tiny, tiny fitness center: 1 bike, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical crammed into a small room.

4. The only 2 negatives I would have to say are that the pool area, although right there behind the hotel, you still have to trek across the parking lot which seems a bit odd, but not too much of a big deal.
