1. A number of people in our group had the same issues and resorted to Ambien to try and sleep through.

3. I also got great service from the housekeeping and maintenance department when I had small issues arise.

4. The only very small point of concern was that some of the refrigerator doors did not close properly, which caused some issues with our food and drinks.

10. The only issue we had was that the two bedroom suites were booked, but the hotel accomodated us by giving us two one bedroom suites that connected, so we ended up having an extra bathroom.
