1. House keeping was a bit hit and miss but otherwise no complaints.

5. The hotel sent a satisfaction survey about 2 days after our stay and when I filled it out I answered a question for something we had an extemely minor complaint about and the hotel manager actually called me at home to get more info on the problem.

8. My only, very minor, complaints are that they could use some new, updated televisions in the rooms and if there is a concert happening at the Honda Center (right across the street) you may have some rowdy crowds later at night.

9. For such a nice hotel, I would have expected a little softer towels but that is a stretch of a complaint:) Otherwise, the front desk was quick and friendly, the pool was nice and the location is great.
