9. We didn`t have a leak, but the room was dirty, pillow cases were stained, we had to move the large TV cabinet to plug in the TV, we had NO SHOWER CURTAIN, and the refrigerator supplied in the room was too big to fit under the counter so it just sat out in the middle of the room.
