1. We opened the door to our room and immediately noticed a strong smoke odor but since we had little time to see the city we just accepted it didnt complain at the time.

2. Several other customer`s were complaining of no air conditiong, the hot tub was broken and the rooms weren`t clean.

3. We complained to the front desk and they not only could not accommodate us by switching rooms to something comparable, as far as I could tell they had no desire to accommodate us.
