1. Once again, it is not dirty, in fact, I could tell they vaccumed and washed the room well, and the bed linnens were not in bad shape, it is just very tired from really being used a lot.

5. The housekeeping staff did an excellant job cleaning the rooms but we ended up back at the hotel mid morning most days and had to navigate are way past cleaning carts and dirty linens to get back to the room.

6. We could not get service with the front desk clerk, we had to kill a cock-roach in our bathroom, the pillows were as small as an airline pillow and to top it all off the sheets were dirty.
