1. hotel has odor, found a bug in room, beds were not comfortable (hard/old worn comforters and sheets, carpet was stained); manager offered a different room but it was just as bad as the first.

2. Once again, it is not dirty, in fact, I could tell they vaccumed and washed the room well, and the bed linnens were not in bad shape, it is just very tired from really being used a lot.

6. Room was very dingy, not well kept - bedspread had a hole, door handle on bathroom was removed, pool towels instead of regular towels in the bathroom and to top it off - bad experience checking out.
