5. ,lobby coffee is available 24/7, and no issues with CC or reservation problems,friendly staff, convenient to abq bus lines downtown (rail runner station), the local horsetrack, (downs at albuquerque, and significantly cheaper than airport area hotels).

9. The problems we had included the door handle to the bathroom almost fell off when we first turned it and the rack in the bathroom holding the towels was barely hanging on the wall.
