4. The security lock in one room was broken, the metal door was dented so bad it couldn't close properly (but is was painted like new), the sink didn't drain because the plumbing wasn't correctly connected.

6. its an ok, property, the hot tub is in a gazebo, and it worked more or less on the night I used points to stay,, but the storm was so bad that it couldnt handle it on the 2nd night.

10. The bad part is the neighborhood is just this side of iffy, and unless you like to party with the roaming homeless it`s a good idea to stay in the room, especially after dark.
