1. When we arrived, we found the room couldn't have been any further from the elevator, so we requested another room, and were given one slightly closer, but the noise from the traffic on that side of the building was extremely loud.

3. The room was awful, it looked like a really crappy apartment , was less than spotlessly clean and it was supposed to be a King Suite, no decor , horrible furnishings and really loud.
