3. The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly and moved my room from a crowded section of the 3rd floor to a less crowded area as I was concerned my dog would bark at noises.

9. I do not like one light switch in the bathroom which regulates the lights and the fan--don't like the noise of the fan on during the shower/bath.
