1. We were disappointed that there did not seem to be any way to get back into the hotel on this end though, forcing us to walk back to the front of the hotel through the parking lot.

2. I always try to book hotels that reflect the local character of a place as opposed to a national chain because they usually provide better service and a better experience, but I was disappointed in this one.
