1. suite and appreciated the extra space, but due to the shape of the room, it was difficult to see the television from anywhere in the room, and it could not be viewed at all from the seating area.

3. ) I couldn't believe Heather's (front desk) patience when the AAdvantage website was making it uber-difficult for me (she 'took over' and all I did was get the call that my 'stuff' was awaiting me downstairs.
