2. The price I was told over the phone and price upon arrival were $15 different(first issue) rooms are small(second) room was quite dirty with mold on shower curtain cob webs and floors turned everything black(third problem) and I could have been ok with all of this at motel 6 or something but what really bothered me was someone that knocked on our door, appearantly couldn't hear me and used their master key to open the door.

3. Though I can't say they ever did anything extraordinary, I also can't say that I've ever had a major problem with a stay here.

5. Only real problem here was a definite sewer smell in parts of the lobby but I was told they were working on solving the problem.

7. It was a very busy weekend so I know some people had a hard time getting the room type they requested, though I didn't have a problem switching from king to two queens.

8. We had tried the now owned by Marriott, former Crown Plaza next to the Courtyard, but there, too, there was a problem with the air conditioning.
