The price I was told over the phone and price upon arrival were $15 different(first issue) rooms are small(second) room was quite dirty with mold on shower curtain cob webs and floors turned everything black(third problem) and I could have been ok with all of this at motel 6 or something but what really bothered me was someone that knocked on our door, appearantly couldn't hear me and used their master key to open the door.

2. It might sound strange but I don't blame the server, I suggest this is a management issue because at no time did I see anyone who resembled a restaurant manager present even when an issue was apparent they left it to the young server to face up.

3. Because the gym is right next to the pool - there were kids running in and out of the gym to use bathroom - not a huge deal but I wasn't lifting weights so I could see how this might be an issue safety wise.

4. Noticed what other travelers have said about the heat issue in the cardio room, the hotel has installed personal fans on all cardio equipment, with free bottled water.
