It turned out to be a false alarm, but some of the

This is an atrium property and while I was concerned about the
noise
, there was hardly any to speak of that was of any bother to us.

We didn't notice the
noise
being a problem even with the atrium setup, because the bedroom was buffered by the living area.

Our room did face the highway and the
noise
was somewhat of an issue, but the fan speed on the A/C could be adjusted without affecting the temperature, so we turned it up to 'high' and this solved the
noise
issue.
