1. Overall, not a bad hotel they just need to train employees to offer better service, then it would be great.

4. Everything in the place was cheap--from the shower head that sporadically shot water at you to the towels to the bottled water that tasted bad to the sloped bed.

7. Too bad the hotel doesn't offer restaurant runs in the mini bus that just sits there (for promo events).

8. The window treatments leave big gaps on all sides when the drapes are pulled which is bad enough, but the hotel has giant spotlights all around the outside to illuminate the building @ night, which makes the gaps even worse.

9. I hate the 'individual' check in desks that Embassy is doing now which isn't their fault but it is a bad move.

10. The windows on our west facing room could have used a cleaning, nice view of downtown but could not take photos as the waterspots on the exterior of the windows were quite bad.
