1. The area is a bit seedy and sketchy but if you mind your own you shouldn't have any problems, just ignore the vagrants and transients.

3. didnt notice any problems while on my stay it was beautiful and had a great time other than leaving some souvineers behind and the hotel staff saying they didnt find them(my fault should have double checked.

4. i remembered reading on reviews of this hotel that it had bed bug problems but never thaught twice because i had never encountered them before.

5. Only minor problem was the hopeless TV (fuzzy on one channel, and no other channels to be found).
