3. the constant noise of traffic i can handle, its a busy street, but the walls are so thin we could hear every single word/step of the people passing to their rooms.

6. Street noise is unbelievable - as is the noise from the other 'less then desirable' tenants who close the bars then continue to party inside and OUTSIDE their rooms until the wee hours of the morning - to which the invisible management ignores and/or is oblivious.
