My room was very quiet, I had convenient parking (yet the lot is
tiny
, but hey we're in SF), and I had what I needed with an extra table to work and free internet.

Pros: 2 blocks from the 'L' line to downtown; minimal street noise; free parking; easy access from north or south; cleanCons: 'breakfast' is an apple and a bagel (or similar); parking garage is teeny-
tiny
.

tiny
, the people runnning it are a different story though.
