1. It had everything that was listed in the hotel amenities, and we didn't have a problem with anything, except for the temperamental heater/AC that was hard to manage and the slightly stained towels.

2. Many things in my room were broken (the fridge, the clock radio, the windows were hard to open) - but with each thing I brought to the managers' attention, Jag and Rita, they quickly resolved the issues, and brought me replacements.
