My friend and I attended the Outside Lands Festival at the Golden Gate Park and only a few blocks away was the bus stop to take you to Golden Gate Park (only 1 bus, no transferring or any of that mess) or a few blocks the other way and there was a bus stop to takes you to China Town & Union Square.
